Having started with only 6 female sheep and one guard dog (Jackson) we now have a huge flock of grass fed sheep at HollowTree Farms in Yarker Ontario. Our farm name comes from the hollow trees on our property. Our speciality lamb product from our sheep farm is local to Ontario . Our sheep product is great for farmers market vendors, specialty shops, grocery stores, corner stores, winery’s, golf course and more.
